does the job at an affordable price. (accuracy checked against a more expensive item). Took a bit of puzzling out to set the required Torque mark (the incremental twist dial has weird number jumps). As always, double and triple check you are setting lbs or N so you do not strip your bolts.

I am not sure if the micrometer adjustment applies to both Nm and ftlbs, I have a feeling it is only for setting in Nm.

Amazing build quality, so easy to use. It has the best locking mechanism on any torque wrench that I’ve seen.. pull the cup down and twist, release to lock. And it has an unmistakable click when it reaches its torque setting. In fact, so damn accurate, I managed to work out the torque setting of a bolt by incrementally increasing and checking where it caused the bolt to turn. Was near enough dead on. If you’re thinking about buying this vs an expensive one, this is the one to get!

My old torque wrench was ancient and had never been calibrated, this one came with a calibration certificate so I’m a bit more confident in it. It appears good quality and will be fine for my occasional use on vehicle wheel nuts and bicycles.

So I decided to refurb all my alloy wheels myself and wanted a torque wrench to ensure they didn’t fall off when I put them back on. Mightily impressed with this. Really well made and easy to set the torque. Good solid bit of engineering here. I’ve given it 5 stars for accuracy, no way for me to check, but 4 months later my refurbed shiny wheels are still on the car…..

Bought this to torque up car wheel nuts, comes in plastic case with two adaptors and a calibration certificate. Compared it with a park tool wrench at work and it definitely seems accurate enough. You can’t go wrong for this price.

Feels sturdy enough, the length is good, the click is very noticeable and the sockets and adapters are a good touch, especially the one from 1/2 to 3/8 which is kind of a must for smaller sockets and hex heads.
The case is a bit large and with an odd shape so quite hard to stack it with other tools.
Not sure how accurate is it but I do hope it’s at least close otherwise my motorbike will start falling apart on the road.

Bought this torque wrench for DIY mechanical work on my car this is my first torque wrench and didn’t want the cheapest as I have read reviews on a few that seem quite dangerous due to cheap manufacturing and materials I read a lot of reviews on these fourrobber torque wrenches and not just Amazon reviews but proper test reviews done by independent experts and most of those gave this wrench that I purchased 9.5 out ten thiis was tested on guality and price and also accrucy you find many at this price or any that come with a calibration certificate.it is very easy to use and the reading gauge for setting the torque is clear and easy I have used mine so far on my car alloys time will tell how long it will last but the general feel of this wrenches guality make’s me think that for the home mechanic it should last a long time if used properly.

I do not have any means to measure its accuracy but this was the perfect but for me as someone who does not change wheels very often. It’s very well built and comes with its own case. You will of course need to buy a set of sockets to suit your needs. Very pleased indeed.

Really impressed with this item. It seems to be really well made. The accessories are useful and they all come in a sturdy carry case. As far as I can tell, the calibration is accurate when compared to other (more expensive) torque wrenches.

Tested this against my usual torque wrench while changing from my summer to winter wheels, they both agreed with each other, so I’d say its pretty accurate.
Slightly different adjustment mechanism from previous wrenches I’ve used, pull a collar down, twist to position, release & it’s set, it won’t move unless you pull the collar, much better than others I’ve seen where you need to keep checking the tightener hasn’t come loose.
There’s the standard flick switch to change between clockwise & anti, as well as a button release for whatever socket you’ve put on, makes sure the socket sticks with the wrench rather than leaving it behind on the bolt.
There’s a rather excellent blow moulded case included, with an extension & ” adaptor if you have a smaller socket set.
There’s specific spaces for 4 wheel nut sockets to be stored, would be even nicer if they’d included these, but I won’t quibble.
Really good torque wrench, can’t fault it, all 5 stars.

The torque is very detailed as per Nm scale as per hand grip handle. It has a locking system so you don’t twist and loose your setting and it is extra long so you can apply your leverage easily by firm grab. The set comes in a practical suitcase with few sockets, short extension and a 1/2 inch to 3/8 inches adapter.
    Well made!!

    Best quality purchase eve

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI had never heard of FOURROBBER before, so wasn’t sure what to expect. I’ve been after a 1/2 inch drive torque wrench for a while (I already own a well-known brand 1/4 torque wrench for my bicycle) to do the odd bit of maintenance etc for my car. This FOURROBBER wrench has already proved very handy. I had a slow puncture on my Kia Sportage and with my MOT due, I decided to get a new pair of tyres sent. This wrench made life so much easier. It is very easy to use, the shaft is a good length for leverage, and it has a good anti-slip grip. Adjusting the wrench to the desired torque is straightforward, and a flick of the switch lets you tighten or loosen very easily. I doubt I will be using it very often (probably to put winter tyres on and off, so twice per year), but the case it comes with will prevent it from getting greasy and dusty when not in use. Although I have been sent this wrench for free for an honest review, at 35.99 (when ordered in July 2021) I think this is good value for money. Sure it doesn’t come with any interchangeable heads, but I assume that is to keep the price down.

For a brand I had never heard of, this is a really good bit of ki

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFOURROBBER Torque Wrench Set 1/2-inch Drive Click. Decent quality when compared with the many cheaper offerings out there. Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIn the protective case you get the torque wrench, brief instructions and socket adapters. I was immediately impressed by the quality of the tool, very nicely made and finished and feels build to last.

The tools has engraved torque settings in metric and Imperial along the shaft. The only oddity is that the markings when rotating the handle went from 0 to 13.5, the instructions never explained what that meant. However people will look at the engraved settings for torque and set to those, I expect.

I compared to another torque wrench and this one release at the same point so would trust it to be accurate.

Recommended for any mechanic working on machinery.

This Torque wrench is really good quality, like really good! Clear and easy to read comes in a plastic carry case if you don’t have a tool chest to keep it in. I have used snap-on and mac tools in the past, however, I have never been able to afford a branded torque wrench, this really is nice quality and has a really nice feel to it and def makes you realize you don’t need to spend the earth to have nice quality tools.

I ordered this item as I wanted to do some diy projects for my car. The first simple task I made after watching some tutorials was to change my brake disc and pads.
Tightening everything back to the right level is very important.
The tool feels like a good choice, sturdy, and easy to use.
Extra points also for the torque test certificate included in the box.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis FOURROBBER torque wrench is heavy duty and feels high quality, perfect for removing the wheels on my car.

The wrench is made of nickel-chromium alloy steel and iron. It has a black iron roller handle that prevents slippage. The tightness can be adjusted from 25-220Nm and has a professionally made 45-tooth ratchet head with accuracy error within 4%. It comes in a lovely hard plastic case and contains a 1/2″ to 3/8″ adaptor, 6″ extension socket, instructions and a calibration certificate.

It has a clear double laser reading scale on the handle and the units can be shown in NM and LB. This wrench is super easy to use by just simply pulling down the lock knob and holding it until the toque setting is completed. Once released the lock knob automatically rebounds back to lock the value.

Overall, this is a useful tool for changing my winter tyres to summer tyres to ensure I have tightened the locking nuts on my cars wheels securely and is great value for money.

I received this item through the Amazon Vine programme.
This torque wrench feels heavy in the hand and high quality.
I really like the locking ring that prevents the torque changing in use.
It comes in a blow moulded case that has extra storage for a few sockets, and an extension.
A press-button release enables the socket to be released easily.
Dual calibration in ft/lbs and Nm.
At the time of this review it is listed as “currently unavailable” with no price listed, so it is difficult to comment on value for money: assuming a market related price I think this is a solidly made torque wrench that should give years of service.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis torque wrench is supplied in a sturdy plastic case which contains; a 1/2″ to 3/8″ adaptor, a 6″ extension socket instructions and a calibration certificate.

It looks and feels very solid and well-made especially for the current price of 35. I ordered this to replace my Draper flexible dial one I have used for years and this is much easier to tighten to a precise torque rather than a guestimate. However I did check it against my old one and the readings were similar which is reassuring.

It can be set in either lb/ft or N/M and is simple to set to the desired setting. The head is also a ratchet which can be reversed via a switch on the top and there is a button there also to fix and release the sockets which means that they are less likely to fall out at a critical time.

The handle provides plenty of leverage which helps with higher settings and the lever clicks when it reaches the required torque. This is a great value wrench that is well designed and made and sold for a very competitive price.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersIn my opinion there’s no point in splashing out on top of the range tools if you aren’t a professional. Chances are things will get used occasionally. This item fits the bill when you need a torque wrench. Solid feel about it and comes in a handy box containing the wrench and adapters.

Pretty easy to use too but spoilt by the instructions being printed in an ultra small font. May as well not bother in my opinion. Even with my reading glasses on these instructions were tricky to read. Luckily it’s not hard to work out how it works.

There’s the ratchet mechanism at one end and the torque adjustment at the other. This is done by simply pulling back on the locking collar and twisting the handle until the black ring with the major adjustment reaches the point on the scale that you want to set. Releasing the lock holds the device at the desired setting.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have a similar 1/2″ torque wrench to this one which I use for changing wheels on my car. That one is a Sealey with an RRP of more than twice the price of this one (albeit still Chinese-made), but I have to say that this “Fourrobber” (bizarre name…) one feels like a higher quality tool.

It’s very solid and well-made; the torque adjuster feels smooth and the locking mechanism is a delight to use compared to the fiddly locking bolt on my Sealey. It’s hard to tell how accurate it is, but applying 140 Nm to my wheel nuts felt as if it required about the right amount of effort.

You get a 1/2″ to 1/4″ adaptor and a 6″ extension included, and the whole lot is packed in a neat blow-moulded case. I have no idea how this will stand up to extensive use, but it certainly feels as if you get a lot for your money.
